Southland Christian Cares for God's Creation

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Southland Christian Church has instituted a recycling program in it's office area and other buildings. The staff also turns off the lights and the air conditioner or furnace down or off when buildings are not in use. They replaced their lighting with energy efficient bulbs. An energy management systems controls the temperature in each building and Senior Minister Jon Weece has preached sermons about caring for God's creation.
