An Eco-fair is a gathering of folks that share ideas on living more softly on the earth. It can include music and food, vendors and activists, but most importantly, should be fun.
I personally like interactive displays where people of all ages can do things that are fun and educational. This could include interactive quizes, making crafts, planting plants, composting, etc.
