KIPL on the Louisville Solar Tour

The Kentucky IPL offices were featured on the Louisville Solar Tour, an event that showcases solar installations in the Louisville Area. Part of the National Solar Tour that takes place in cities across the country every year on the first Saturday of October. We had quite a few folks drop by to see our solar panels and to taste the chocolate cookies baked in a sun oven. We were told that our site was one of the most popular that day. We want to think it is because of our important mission, but it could have been the fact that we advertised free cookies.

Also on the tour was St. William Catholic Church.
